Delivery

We have chosen delivery in the form of as registered packages. Then they are insured for an amount up to €500.

Delivery status: www.tracktrace.nl or 0900-0570 (eur 0.45 p/m). 

Payment
We prefer to work with orders that are paid in advance, via the bank account number or via iDeal. 
Via track & trace you always have access to proof that an article has been dispatched. The payment can also be proved by the bank statement. 

Cash on delivery costs a lot more, there is no proof of WHAT has been dispatched, and it takes a few weeks before payment is completed using cash on delivery. For this reason I certainly don’t regard it as more reliable. 

Following payment by bank transfer we make every effort to dispatch goods within 24 hours on work days! 

Refund of money is also not possible in the case of sales of accessories. Exchange is always possible. 

In that case we do not reimburse delivery costs.

Tip

Give new leather and suede a thorough wax treatment, so that you add a layer of wax. This is important, above all with (cheaper) saddles. With most saddles it is possible to keep the stirrup straps under the sweat flaps, which will prevent them being damaged quickly. If no opening has been made for this, you can quite simply make one or have one made.
